It was an ideal and excellent hotel with free internet. The rooms were fairly quiet and exceptionally nice, the staff was amazing.

No complains at all, the venue met all required needs, would recommend it. The staff were super-friendly and amicable throughout 1 day of our stay. The location was great and best possible, right by a nice mall and eateries, restaurants with a variety of different cuisine and eateries. Local fast food option Only Burger was 10 minutes walk away.

The location is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are quiet with both shower and bath sheets provided, which is a great advantage.

The double room had a safe, television, and a writing table available for $93620, with consistently good service during our stay.

Just a short 4-minute walk away was an amazing shopping center. The dinner at the hotel was served by a friendly lady and the price for a meal with soup and fruit juice was only 15000COP per person. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always available. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of a nice mall and eateries. The staff provided clear directions to locations and arranged honest and reliable cab drivers for transportation.

Had an awesome weekend in a hotel with excellent complementary breakfast and a beautiful pool. the location is perfect for shopping as it is just a stone's throw away from a massive mall. Access to authentic cuisines was also a massive plus.

The parking arrangement was abysmal; we had to wait for ages for someone to open the gate.

During my New Year’s stay, I had a really enjoyable experience at the hotel. Two complementary facts that I loved were the incredible breakfast and the free Wi-Fi which was super fast. The location of the hotel was also ideal as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the excellent service provided by the staff who were always willing to help with a smile.

There were some downsides. The view from my window was not great as it looked out onto a row of air conditioning units.
